Well I'd argue that neither love nor hate make any sense either but people seem to engage in both of those all of the time. Why would faith need to make sense if other emotionally driven states do not? I understand your views. For me, I have not had the luxury to not believe in God. It's a different experience for each person. I can see how your frustrations would exist when dealing with people who call themselves Christians. I have the same dealings all of the time. I learned to separate how people behave from my faith itself. For me, God's existence (or not) is not predicated upon how silly or hateful someone who calls themselves a believer is. Because I won't lie, some Christians are complete clowns. I am actually going to write a blog on that soon. Thanks for having the courage to share your beliefs.
